Elmwood Manor Apartments and Townhomes are located on Lilac Drive in Brighton, next to Highland Park and the Colgate Divinity School. Most of our apartments and townhomes are in the Brighton School District. Our apartment buildings offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, all with hardwood floors or wall-to-wall carpet, free heat and hot water, and coin-op laundry. Deluxe two bedroom townhomes, built in 1996 and 2001, feature 1.5 baths, all-new kitchen appliances, and central air on two or three floors. Our three-floor units feature a drive-in garage and utility/storage room on the ground floor. All townhouses include washers and dryers. Elmwood Manor is serviced by two RTS routes, is minutes from downtown, and is in walking distance from Strong and Hospitals and the University of Rochester.
